General Information

Please note iHerb does not support shipment to Crimea

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office in Ukraine to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Customs Information

maximum of one order per day up to €150 is allowed to be imported into Ukraine. Please limit your orders to no more than one order every three days, as they may arrive at Customs on the same day. If the limit is exceeded, D&T will apply.

iHerb will not be liable for packaged held or confiscated by customs.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight. 

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

  • Boxberry- Pickup Point: Customers pick up their order at a Pickup Point by providing their passport. Storage period is 14 days after order’s arrival to the selected P​ick Up Point​.

  • Boxberry- Delivery: The order will be delivered to your door. Passport is required at the time of the delivery.

  • Boxberry- Tracking: Please note, tracking will not be available for a few days after your order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and the delivery service.   • Nova Poshta International - Delivery: The order will be delivered to your address by Nova Poshta. Unclaimed parcels will be returned back to Nova Poshta International's storage warehouse in Ukraine and will be stored for 30 calendar days for self pickup.
  • For shipping / self-pickup related inquiries, regarding your order, please contact the Nova Poshta International Customer Service at 0-800-500-609

  • Nova Poshta International - PUDO: You will receive the order at PUDO Point, chosen by you, while placing the order - by presenting a passport copy at PUDO point. Storage period in PUDO - 24 calendar days after order’s arrival to the selected PUDO point.
  • Unclaimed parcels will be returned back to Nova Poshta International's storage warehouse in Ukraine and will be stored for 30 calendar days for self pickup.

  • DHL Express: Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your door. Tracking number is provided. Suitable for orders weighing up to 68 kg (150 pounds); up to € 150. The delivery address and the recipient's name must be indicated in Latin letters. Delivery time is 5-10 working days.
