I've never been one to eat olives as anything other than an add-in to other dishes, mainly because they are always so salty. These are the first olives I've found that I can eat and enjoy just as olives! The only down side is the limited shelf-life after opening (5 days in the fridge). But since they are not packed in brine or vinegar, you get to enjoy the delicious flavor of these olives. And since they are pitted, you can eat them anytime! Put them out on the table at a party or picnic and watch them disappear!
