Getting your orders delivered to you.

During this time, iHerb is still shipping orders. However, many nations are suspending flights and ground transportation as an extra safety measure. We ask for your patience as your shipments may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working diligently to bring the transit time back to normal as soon as possible.

We’re Limiting Orders to 4 Units Per Product

Due to limited vendor inventory, each product will be limited to a maximum of 4 units per order. This temporary measure has been put into place to allow for equal distribution of our products among our valued customers.

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, Ukraine bound flights are being impacted and air freight space is very limited. Shipments to Ukraine will experience delays. Due to the circumstances, we have temporarily turned off Boxberry Locker and Delivery options. Orders placed with Boxberry prior will experience longer than usual delivery times. Rest assured we are working closely with airlines and carriers to bring the transit time back to normal. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
